What is Sports Science?

Sports science is an emerging discipline which applies scientific principles to understand factors associated with sporting performance or health and well-being. These may incorporate areas of physiology, psychology, motor control, bio-mechanics, nutrition, sports technology, anthropometry, kinanthropometry and performance analysis. The correct and timely application of which will improve your health and performance no matter how good or bad it is currently.

Sports Science Services

The sports science services we offer are about taking the valuable lessons learnt in laboratories and transferring those skills to the training and racing environment. in a word, it is about 'specificity'. This means measuring, analysing and preparing for the conditions you will face in your chosen event or race in the most specific way possible. after all, those events we all love to compete in are not held in urban laboratories but in parks, forests lakes and mountains - prepare for your success accordingly.
